Can Do Places

How attending a Can Do Places event inspired Susan Maxwell

Episode Summary

In 2015, Susan Maxwell attended a Can Do Places workshop in Paisley and left feeling there was help there to make her passion come to fruition.

Episode Notes

As a person who believes in co working spaces for artists and innovators, Susan Maxwell, of The Loch Lomond Craft Centre, was attracted to attend a Can Do Places workshop 5 years ago in Paisley.

At this event she met Iain Scott and that meeting galvanised the idea that artists need co working spaces and that there were other people in Scotland who were on the same wavelength as her, including a national group that were driving the idea of collaboration forward. She felt there was help there to make her passion come to fruition.
